NISER has its own mordernised auditorium which has been named as "PATHANI SAMANTA AUDITORIUM" after the renowned odia astronomer Mahāmahopādhyāya Chandrasekhara Singha Harichandana Mahāpātra Sāmanta, better known as Pathāni Sāmanta.
NISER also has two medium-sized seminar rooms named as VIKRAM SARABHAI HALL and HOMI BHABHA HALL in the Central Library building. In addition to this there are five big lecture halls in the library building annex.
Booking of lectures halls, seminar halls and auditorium for events like student activities, workshops, conferences and other grand events can be done through Institute Management System.
